Wikipedia already updated on the iPad launch
Apple just announced the iPad and on Wikipedia the corresponding page is already present with references and all: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPad.
Furthermore even the Liquid crystal display page was updated to mark that the IPS is the LCD type used by the iPad.
